Qualifications
- 3 years of management or operations experience (moving industry preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
