ABOUT THE JOB
As a mover or driver, you’ll safely pack, move, transport, and assemble customer items — but this isn’t just about lifting heavy things. You’ll be the face of our company, working directly with customers to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide top-tier customer service on every move
- Load and unload 26-foot moving trucks
- Safely operate moving equipment and vehicles (for drivers)
- Complete payments and paperwork on-site
- Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections
- Represent our core values in every interaction

PAY & BENEFITS
- Movers: $14/hr starting base pay
- Drivers: $16/hr starting base pay
- Tips: Typically adds $2–$4 more per hour
- Commissions: Earn more on interstate moves – average $20 /hr total

TRAVEL & SCHEDULE
- Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is a must (though not every weekend)
- Some overnight interstate travel required (per diem hotels covered)
REQUIREMENTS
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license required for drivers
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Drivers must be 21 (insurance requirement); Movers must be 18
- Ability to lift 100 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
