- Conduct on-site assessments to accurately evaluate the volume, type, and cost of junk for removal.
- Utilize your sales skills to convert inquiries into on-site sales.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Safely operate a junk removal truck, perform truck inspections, and secure the truck at the end of each job.
- Deliver exceptional customer service as you provide on-site junk removal estimates.
- Utilize safe lifting techniques to remove unwanted items for customers.
- Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.
- Make product recommendations to customers and upsell services as needed.
- Work hard and have fun helping customers.
What We’re Looking For
We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful.

- Must be 18 years or older due to insurance restrictions.
- 3-year driving history (1-year Commercial Motor Vehicle driving experience) preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English.
- Ability to self-dispatch using mobile Junk software.
- Excellent work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.
- Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens.
