In this role, you will perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitizing, and general room tidying to meet company standards. You will handle laundry-related duties as needed, such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing according to client preferences. The role involves communicating with clients in a professional, respectful manner, responding to special requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will follow established checklists, maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, adhere to safety and quality procedures, and may assist with training new team members in cleaning processes and customer service expectations.
