What Youll Do
- Answer calls, emails, and online leads, turning inquiries into booked appointments.
- Manage the daily and weekly cleaning schedule for multiple crews.
- Check in with cleaners in the field and ensure high-quality service.
- Follow up with clients after cleanings to encourage recurring service.
- Keep track of leads and communication in our CRM system.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new team members.
- Work closely with the owner to keep daily operations on track.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Great communicator confident on the phone and clear with staff.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive problem solver.
- Comfortable multitasking and using computers or simple software.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license occasional field visits or quality checks may be required.
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, or sales is a plus.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- $20$23 per hour depending on experience.
