What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tasting Room Server / Staff position at Two K Farms Cidery & Winery?
Two K Farms has a Tasting Room overlooking beautiful West Grand Traverse Bay that opened to in September of 2018. The Tasting Room is seeking outgoing, passionate, and friendly individuals who would like to work with exceptional Estate hard cider and wines.
Qualifications:
- Amazing customer service skills
- Basic point of sale experience
- Outgoing personality and ability to multi-task
- Enthusiasm for hard cider, wine and beautiful scenery
Key Responsibilities:
- Help host cider and wine tastings
- Engage customers in creating a memorable experience
- Provide farm history/knowledge, cider/wine knowledge and general tourist information
- Promote hard cider and wine sales
- Complete projects and tasks as assigned by the Tasting Room Manger
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Be the best “You”!
Additional Details:
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- In addition to base wage, tips will also be apart of the compensation for staff. Hourly wage come out to $30 or more and hour.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
