Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders when necessary.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Handle cashing out customers, processing payments via POS systems, and balancing registers at shift end.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours, special events like banquets or catering functions, and nightclubbing atmospheres.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations.
• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable; nightclub or catering experience is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
