Part time to full time cook position experience desirable but will train right person. Ambitious with desire to learn culinary skills or expand knowledge base. fine dining and banquet experience helpful. Willing to work weekends and some holidays, flexible schedule, ability to adapt to situations, friendly with guests and staff, able to work well with others. wages commensurate with experience level. Willing to be a self starter able to follow directions as well and work variety of stations. Maintains clean workstation, sanitary around food service areas. Encouraged to offer suggestions for cohesive team growth in kitchen. Respectful and professional at all times and yet able to enjoy being at work and have fun when appropriate.
