House Cleaner Wanted

The work is physical. You will be on your feet all day — in a climate controlled environment,

never outside in the elements. The standard is high. Our clients notice everything, and so will

you — or this won't work. You will go into people's homes. Your integrity matters more than your

speed. You will work alone. If you need someone telling you what to do next, save yourself the

call. You will show up. Every day. On time. Without being chased.

If that sounds like a problem — this isn't your job.

If you read that and thought "that's just called having a work ethic" — keep going.

We build a dedicated route for you. Two to three homes a day, consistent clients, consistent

income, and a reputation that grows with every visit. Over time, you'll know those homes and

those families — and they'll know you by name. That's not a cleaning job. That's something

worth having.

You are required to be available Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm. Most of our team works

24–33 hours a week within that window. No nights. No weekends. No swing shifts. Ever.

The pay is honest and it's yours to control. Your first week is paid training at $16/hr — one week,

then it's done. After that, work 24–33 hours a week and you're at $23/hr. Get to 34 hours and

hold it — that's $26/hr. That's A-player territory and we know it. Either way, our cleaners average

$200–$300 a week in tips on top — some more, some less. Our clients are loyal and they show

it. Want more hours? Deep clean work is frequently available to fill your schedule. We pay

weekly.

The right people here grow. Fast. Trainer, Deep Clean Specialist, and beyond — advancement

is real and it moves at your pace, not ours. We recognize the people who earn it with PTO, paid

vacation, free teledoc, and 401k. Things that actually matter.

You must have reliable transportation — valid driver's license, current tags, and current

insurance. A background check is required.
