Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure a polished and safe surface
- Handle waste disposal by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Assist with light custodial tasks such as window washing, dusting, and surface sanitation
- Report water leaks, toilet clogs or and any unsafe conditions immediately to the appropriate team
- Use commercial cleaning tools and techniques to ensure high standards of hygiene are met consistently
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred
- Knowledge of floor care procedures including buffing and carpet cleaning techniques
- Experience with a mop, broom and cleaning toilets, sinks, kitchen appliances equipment and is advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating vacuum cleaning machinery safely
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety standards
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently

This position is is only for 1 hour per day M-F after 5 pm and only on Fridays the medical office will close at 12:30 pm so any time after 12pm on Friday you can come in to work.
