What You’ll Tackle Each Day:
🔒 Safety First – Always
- Lead pre-blast meetings and site checks
- Ensure blast areas are secure and everyone knows the plan
- Keep communication open with managers on all safety issues
- Use the right gear and lead by example on driving and equipment protocols
📈 Productivity that Sets the Bar
- Take full ownership of all shot activities from start to finish
- Log pre- and post-blast details accurately and on time
- Communicate clearly with customers and managers on what’s working and what’s not
- Share shot videos and reports within 24 hours—you own the follow-up
🔧 Maintenance that Keeps Us Moving
- Inspect your gear before every shift
- Keep trucks and tools clean, labeled, and running strong
- Handle basic repairs and flag bigger issues early
🤝 Customer Service that Builds Trust
- Talk with plant managers about timelines, safety, and expectations
- Review videos and data with customers after each shot
- Work together on future layouts and scheduling

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in blasting or a related role (number of years flexible based on attitude and skill)
- Strong mechanical sense and equipment know-how
- MSHA Certification required (or ability to get it before start)
- Physically able to lift 100 lbs, climb, and work in all weather conditions
- Willingness to travel (up to [Insert %])
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and have a valid driver’s license
