- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, offering recommendations and addressing concerns.

- Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and patching.

- Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to project sites within a 90-mile radius of Lancaster, PA (travel pay included after 40 miles). Driver's License required.
- Technology: Proficiency in using a smartphone for work-related applications, including time tracking, project updates, and communication tools.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate proficiently in English. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus for interacting with diverse clients and team members.
Working Conditions:
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform tasks that involve walking, bending, climbing 40 ft ladders, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, stooping, and kneeling.
