What You’ll Be Doing
- Apartment Refresh – Repair surfaces, replace fixtures, test appliances, change HVAC filters, touch up flooring and carpet, and apply fresh paint to get apartments sparkling clean and move-in ready.
- Safety First – Keep a safe work environment for both residents and your team while following all company and industry safety standards.
- Pitch In – Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and property upkeep whenever needed.
- Resident-Friendly – Interact with residents in a friendly, professional way when you’re working on-site.
- Full-Time Stability – Work Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call hours for emergencies.

- Valid Driver’s License – For using company vehicles or picking up supplies off-site.
