Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Agent based in Savannah, GA. As a Leasing Agent, your daily responsibilities will include scheduling and conducting property tours, assisting prospective residents with the leasing process, and ensuring that leasing agreements and documents are completed accurately and maintained. You will contribute to property management tasks and engage with residents to provide excellent customer service. Additionally, you will assist with maintaining a welcoming and professional community environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
- Familiarity with Property Management and Residential Leasing
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are required
- Ability to work on-site in Savannah, GA
- Proficiency in using property management software is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property management or real estate are a plus
