Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Track and manage all cannabis products utilizing state seed-to-sale software (Metric) and our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Auditing & Counting: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical inventory counts and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and shrinkage.
- Intake & Quality Control: Oversee the intake of all vendor deliveries, verifying manifesting documentation, product labels, and testing certificates against physical shipments.
- Menu Management: Maintain and sync accurate inventory levels across our digital platforms and live in-store menus.
- Vault Organization: Organize the physical inventory vault efficiently to facilitate smooth product fulfillment for the front-of-house retail staff.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail inventory control, inventory warehousing, or data management (cannabis dispensary experience strongly preferred).
- Software Savvy: Familiarity with cannabis POS platforms (e.g., COVA) and Metric is highly desired. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Legal Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old and capable of passing all state-mandated background checks and licensing requirements.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills with a focus on resolving discrepancies.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs. regularly and stand or move for extended periods.
