Sales Executive

HIRING: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (SALES ASSASSIN) – TWO BROTHERS EPOXY FLOORING

Location: Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | $70K–$150K OTE

We’re Two Brothers Epoxy Flooring. Arizona’s fastest-growing, no-excuses, high-performance floor coating company. We don’t play games. We deliver killer floors, elite service, and we’re about to level up again as we move into our new headquarters this November.

But first, we need a closer. A grinder. A winner.

We’re hiring an Account Executive to take over one of our sales territories. The person in this role must be ready to ownthe opportunity, build relationships, follow up like a machine, and drive revenue like their life depends on it. We don’t care if you know epoxy yet, we’ll teach you everything. But you must show up, be reliable, and be obsessed with success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Closing residential and commercial epoxy floor jobs across Arizona
• Owning the full sales cycle: inbound leads, estimate follow-ups, networking, local prospecting
• Working side-by-side with ownership, production teams, and marketing to dominate your territory
• Following proven sales processes with freedom to flex your strengths
• Showing up every day with energy, urgency, and intent

We’ll Train You On:

• Everything about epoxy coatings, polyaspartic, polished concrete, garage floors, commercial work, etc.
• Estimating, CRM systems (BuilderPrime, CallRail, etc.), and our sales flows
• Our brand, mission, and why we pour every floor like it’s our own

Bonus Points:

• Prior sales experience (home services, real estate, B2C/B2B, etc.)
• Local networking skills, especially in trades or construction
• You’re already plugged into community groups (Gilbert Living, Scottsdale Living, etc.)
