Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Manager with a focus on the firearms/outdoor industry to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business development strategies, sales processes, and CRM tools, with a focus on the firearms sector. Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Water Transfer Printing products such as hydrographic film, related paints, equipment, and services.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including manufacturers and buyers.
- Provide on-site technical troubleshooting and support for manufacturers.
- Attend industry trade shows to promote TWN products and build networks.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and prepare detailed pipeline reports.
- Travel to meet with key customers and attend annual trade shows.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive sales experience, with a proven record as a high performer.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Regular maintenance of client interactions and updates through CRM software is required.
- This position requires travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the coatings, firearms, archery, outdoor sports, consumer products, or automotive industries is highly desirable.
Work Environment
This position is based in-house at our Miami, FL, corporate office.
