Regional Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated marketing professional to join our organization. Regional Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
· Support broadband launch campaigns in new and existing service areas.
· Coordinate marketing initiatives for network expansion and community launch events.
· Work with marketing team to develop, drive and implement marketing activity in selected regional markets.
· Day-to-day support, communications and reporting.
· Experience writing social media, blogs, emails, press releases and other related content.
· Gather content to use for social media and other outlets to show community involvement and promote our service.
· Work continuously with TWN project managers and communicate milestones and metrics
· Work closely with management to develop and oversee the marketing plan within designated region.
· Develop local vendor relationships, related to media buying, sponsorship opportunities and other venues to help promote our service.
· Engage with community outreach programs to promote our service.
· Participate in regional organizations and/or committees as a TWN representative.
· Coordinate all aspects and participation at regional events to promote our service.
· Ability to present and speak on behalf of our organization at local meetings.
· Work closely with marketing team to support brand development and experiential activities while keeping a consistent brand image .
· Track and report key performance indicators including lead generation, subscriber growth, campaign performance, and market penetration.
· Analyze and utilize consumer research data to provide recommendations to drive category distribution and market share.
· Understand competition, buying patterns, community engagement and differing priorities depending on territories and how these impact channel marketing.
· Travel to company, industry events, conferences, training sessions, and meetings as needed.
The ideal background of a Regional Marketing Specialist:
· Experience marketing broadband, telecommunications, utilities, or technology services.
· Familiarity with rural broadband initiatives and community-based marketing.
· Experience managing local events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.
· Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks at once.
· Deadline-driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to details and willingness to speak up when they notice ways to improve or fine-tune a process.
· Experience working in project management software, such as Monday.com or Asana.
Requirements:
· Marketing and Communication experience (Minimum 5 years).
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
· Available to work evenings and weekends, as needed for local/regional events.
· Ability to manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
· Strong relational skills and ability to maintain and grow channel relationships.
· Experience working with and implementing a marketing plan.
· Understanding graphic design principles and working with our designers.
· Experience with brand marketing, geo-targeting methods and digital markets.
· Experience measuring and evaluating campaign performance using established KPIs and marketing analytics tools.
· Experience analyzing digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, advertising dashboards, and other reporting tools.
· Understanding of telecommunications or other internet-related fields a plus.
· Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
