Cinematic Videographer & Editor (Full Time)
About the Role
I’m looking for the right videographer to join my team full-time.
This isn’t a temporary or casual role — I’m looking for someone who lives and breathes storytelling through film. Someone who can shoot, edit, and color grade at a professional level, and wants to grow long-term with a brand that’s building something global.
You’ll be working closely with me and my business partner to create in-house content, produce podcasts, cinematic ads, and long form / short-form high-level cinematic visuals — the kind of content you’ve seen across YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating YouTube-style long-form and short-form content.
- Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and emotional storytelling.
- Confident with lighting setups, gimbal operation, and cinematic framing, lighting setups, and audio
- Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of current trends, sound design, viral formats, and platform algorithms
- Manage camera gear, backups, and media transfers.
- Help design production workflows and storage systems for scalability.
- Assist with podcast studio setup and optimization.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, pacing, and cinematic quality across all edits.
Long Form & Short Form Content:
- Film and produce long-form videos (YouTube, interviews, BTS footage, educational content).
- Handle color grading, lighting, and sound for cinematic-level results.
- Create eyecatching subtitles for video.
- Collaborate on concepts, storylines, and visual direction.
- Manage organized project files and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Be available for on-site shoots, travel, and creative meetings as needed.
Editing Features Needed:
- Smooth transitions and cuts
- Professional color grading / LUTS
- Proficient with AI tools and programs (adaptability is a plus)
- Audio syncing & noise removal
- Audio Mixing & background music
- Text, titles & captions
- Green screen & motion graphics
- Custom intros / outros
- Attractive Thumbnails for Videos
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic visuals and editing skill.
- 2 years of professional videography and editing experience.
- Proficient with Sony camera systems (FX3, A7 or other preferred equipment).
- Advanced understanding of color grading, composition, and lighting.
- Skilled in any Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Cap Cut, or other preferred editing software.
- Must be able to work full-time, in person (based in or near Miami).
- Deliver in HD / 4k / Highest quality
- Proficient with AI
- Valid driver’s license; ability to lift/transport gear - reliable transportation.
- US work authorization; NDA IP assignment.
