Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge and assist customers with parts, accessory purchases, and product recommendations
- Process sales transactions, special orders, and phone inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent customer service
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory shipments
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked displays
- Work with the service department to support internal orders
- Use dealership systems to manage inventory and customer records
Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of motorcycles, powersports, or automotive parts preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Basic computer and inventory management skills
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
