Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and culinary terminology
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for order totals and bill splitting
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment
