Twisted Tomato Pizzeria is seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening Manager to join our family-owned and operated team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing all evening operations to ensure a high-quality experience for both our customers and employees.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising evening staff and delegating tasks to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
• Ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.
• Assisting with inventory and closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
