Responsibilities
- Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Assist with bussing tables by clearing dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup for service.
- Help with catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring timely delivery of clean items.
- Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and surface cleaning to promote a sanitary workspace.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of dishes and support overall restaurant operations.
- Follow food handling procedures diligently to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
