Position Summary: As a Full-Time / Part-time Barista at Twisted Grounds, you'll be at the forefront of delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience. From perfecting classic espresso beverages to crafting innovative, signature drinks, you'll have the freedom to showcase your expertise and grow as Twisted Grounds does too. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a diverse range of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Sharing your knowledge and passion with customers, guiding them through our menu and helping them discover their new favorite drink.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Engaging with customers, building connections, and contributing to the warm and inviting atmosphere that sets us apart.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a related customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently excellent beverages.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
