Twist N Flip Gymnastics is looking for a Preschool Program Leader to take ownership of our Preschool Academy and Preschool programs at our Rotterdam location.

You'll help shape how our youngest students learn, build a team of confident instructors, strengthen relationships with families, and create a preschool experience that children are excited to return to every week.

You'll work in partnership with our Location Director and Owners, with the opportunity to influence the program, make improvements, and see the results of your leadership.

What you'll lead

1. Create an exceptional preschool experience

• Lead our Preschool Academy and Preschool programs.
• Teach classes and help create a fun, safe, engaging environment where children build skills, confidence, and a love of movement.
• Develop progressive, age-appropriate lesson plans that coaches can confidently deliver.
• Welcome new students and help families feel comfortable, informed, and connected.

2. Build a confident, capable coaching team

• Train, mentor, and support preschool coaches.
• Observe classes and provide constructive feedback that helps coaches improve.
• Ensure staff maintain required certifications and understand our program standards.
• Recognize great work, address challenges professionally, and build a positive culture of teamwork and accountability.

3. Help the program grow

• Partner with leadership on enrollment, retention, and program goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve the student and family experience.
• Support preschool events and activities that introduce families to our programs and encourage continued participation.
• Look for practical ways to make the program stronger, more consistent, and more effective.

4. Keep the program organized and running well

• Complete lesson plans, class observations, training records, and other required documentation.
• Manage program supplies, props, and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with families and colleagues.
• Help with class coverage and occasional Saturday events, including approximately one Saturday event per month.

Regular availability is required Tuesday–Thursday from approximately 9:30 AM–12:00 PM for Preschool Academy programming, along with evening Preschool classes.
