We're looking for a Part-Time Gymnastics Coach to join our team in Queensbury, NY.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced gymnastics coach, former gymnast, teacher, childcare professional, recreation instructor, or someone with strong experience working with children who wants a fun, active part-time job.

You'll coach gymnastics classes, help kids build confidence and skills, and become a trusted part of our team.

And if you're someone who naturally takes the lead, there's an opportunity to take on additional Shift Lead responsibilities and earn at the higher end of the pay range.

What You'll Do

• Coach fun, safe, age-appropriate gymnastics classes for preschool and school-age children
• Help children develop gymnastics skills, coordination, confidence, and independence
• Create a positive environment where kids feel successful and encouraged
• Adjust your coaching approach for different ages and ability levels
• Follow our curriculum and safety procedures
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Work as part of a supportive coaching team
• Help keep classes and transitions organized and running smoothly
• Step up as a Shift Lead when scheduled, helping the team stay on track and communicating with management

Gymnastics coaching experience is strongly preferred, but experience in childcare, education, recreation, dance, sports, or another youth-focused environment can also be valuable.
