We are seeking a skilled Coiler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating coiling machinery and ensuring the production of high-quality products. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in various manufacturing processes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
*Duties*
- Operate coiling machines to produce wire and other materials according to specifications.
- Assemble and fabricate components as needed for production.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards.
- Perform basic math calculations to measure and cut materials accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production targets.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as necessary.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
*Experience*
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various tools and machinery effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
