Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production/Factory Worker/Packager to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging parts or loading and unloading parts off a machine to meet quality standards and production schedules. Your mechanical knowledge, familiarity with packaging processes, and experience in manufacturing environments will drive your success in ensuring our products are safely prepared for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare parts for shipment by accurately packaging components according to specifications and quality standards
- Inspect parts for defects or inconsistencies before packaging to ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adherence to OSHA guidelines
- Assist with inventory management by labeling, documenting, and tracking packaged parts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in packaging or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Ability to stand on your feet all day.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
