- Washing Wares: Operate commercial dish machines and hand-wash fragile glassware, large pots, or baking sheets.
- Station Maintenance: Keep the dish pit clean, dry, organized, and free of clutter throughout the shift.
- Storting & Stocking: Sort and stack clean dishes, utensils, and cookware in their designated storage areas.
- Sanitation & Safety: Sweep and mop floors, monitor chemical levels in the dishwasher, and follow local health codes.
- Waste Disposal: Empty trash cans and break down cardboard boxes regularly.
- Kitchen Support: Help with basic food prep or closing cleanup duties when requested by chefs or managers.
