What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Barista position at Twist Bakery and Cafe?
SERVERS: DAY SHIFT (shifts vary between 6:30 am to 7 pm) Flexible Hours typically a 6-8 hour shift--LONG SHIFTS/LESS DAYS also available once training is complete.
No summer only help needed, we are in search of permanent, year round team members!
WEEKEND SHIFTS MAY BE REQUIRED
Full & Part time Available!
Hourly starting base rates plus tips:
$15 - $17 starting base pay depending on experience and availability
Tips average an additional $4 - $6 per hour on top of your base.
When other job-specific training is complete, various hourly bumps in pay apply.

What you'll do:
• Assist guests with their meal, beverage, pastry, and catering orders. (BTW our guests are awesome! Respectful and Kind!)
• Serve coffee and Espresso Drinks. All eligible team members learn to become a barista - if you haven’t learned, we’ll teach you—it’s fun!
• Be warm and welcoming and helpful. Hospitality is job one.
