DAY SHIFT (6:30 - 5:30 pm) Flexible Hours typically a 6-8 hour shift--LONG SHIFTS/LESS DAYS also available once training is complete.

 $16 - $18 per hour plus tips DOE

What you’ll do:

Create artisanal beverages using housemade syrups, high-end coffee all in a beautiful, welcoming space.

• Also, assist guests with their Beverage, pastry, and catering orders. (BTW our guests are awesome! Respectful and Kind!)

• Be warm and welcoming and helpful.

Positions are available at either our Millis or Burlington Ma locations.  

The Job:

• Create and serve artisanal coffee and espresso drinks using locally roasted coffee and house made syrups
• Use state of the art equipment
• Maintain a clean and prepped workstation
• Help guests with their meal, pastry, and catering orders as needed
• Be a member of a team who creates a warm and welcoming environment for our guests
• Join our company as a permanent team member.  We are not seeking seasonal applicants at this time.

• Experience preferred

Founded in 2011, Twist Bakery Café is a Millis MA based bakery café with 2 retail locations making handcrafted crave-able food.  We’ve transformed the dining experience for those with food allergies and while we have been ranked as the best Gluten Free Bakery in America by USA Today and top restaurant in the country by Allergy Eats, we simply make great food for everyone that just so happens to be allergen free.  We’ve been featured on WCVB Chronicle, NBC 10 Boston, Dining Playbook, The Boston Globe, Middlesex News, and various online publications.
