The Role:
As a Prep Cook, you’ll work closely with our culinary team to ensure ingredients and stations are ready for service. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency our guests expect, while also supporting the team with dishwashing and general kitchen upkeep.
What You’ll Do:

Assist with daily food prep, including washing, chopping, portioning, and labeling ingredients

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked prep station

Keep dishes, utensils, and smallwares clean and ready for use

Help receive and put away deliveries

Sweep, mop, and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness

Support janitorial tasks and deep cleaning projects as needed

Learn new skills and grow into additional kitchen responsibilities

Schedule:
Full & Part time positions available. Flexible hours between 6am - 5pm — no late nights!

Salary : $16 - $18
