We’re Hiring! Join Our Boutique Team
We’re a local women’s clothing boutique in Utah that’s been serving our amazing customers for over 10 years. Thanks to our friendly, happy environment and awesome team, we have very low turnover — but with one of some team members heading to school, we now have two part-time positions available!
We’re looking for friendly, outgoing, responsible people with good taste and a love for helping others. If you want to work in a beautiful, fun, anti-snotty boutique where you’ll often run the shop on your own, this could be the perfect fit for you.
✨ Available Positions: 1. Morning Sales Associate (18 , long-term)
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work through the school year (not just summer).
- Shifts: 9:45 AM – 2:45 PM, about 2–4 shifts per week.
- Great for college students or moms who are looking for a consistent, part-time job.
- Ideal for someone who enjoys mornings and takes initiative.
2. Afternoon/Weekend Sales Associate (16–18, high school)
- Perfect for high school students looking for a part-time job.
- Afternoon and weekend shifts available.
- Must be dependable and able to work independently when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and approachable — you love making customers feel welcome.
- Responsible and punctual — you’ll often be working solo, so reliability is key.
- Creative and organized — help keep the boutique looking beautiful and curated.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy helping customers find pieces they love.
- Willingness to take initiative — see something that needs doing? You jump in!
