The employee is frequently required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and smell. The employee will regularly move or lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside weather conditions and is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate to high.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with hiring, training and scheduling of seasonal front desk staff.
- Assist guests with purchasing waterpark admissions and memberships.
- Answers questions from guests and offers suggestions when appropriate.
- Handles guest complaints in a business-like manner.
- Enforces facility policies and procedures and ensures they are followed by the customer service staff.
- Interacts with guests to encourage proper use of all facilities.
- Monitors behavior of members and visitors to make sure all are having a safe and enjoyable time.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Works cash register and performs opening and closing operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Previous Point of Sale (POS) experience preferred.
- Must communicate effectively and must be proficient in English.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as ability to learn recreational software application.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays. The Water Park is open seven days a week.
- Maintains a professional, helpful attitude at all times.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills required.
- CPR/AED/First Aid certified on first day of work. We will provide this training for them in advance
- Regular, punctual in-person attendance.
- Ability to interact with and be courteous to fellow employees and participants of diverse backgrounds.
