This is a seasonal, non-union position. This position works 40 hours per week, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. The 2026 season runs from April 19, 2026, through September 5, 2026.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and smell. The employee will frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside weather conditions and is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high places and is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate to high.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with hiring, training and scheduling of seasonal concession staff.
- Monitors performance of seasonal concessions staff.
- Acts as facility representative during health inspections.
- Maintains health and safety standards in concession area.
- Maintains inventory and places orders as necessary.
- Provides continuous cleaning and sanitation of all food production area.
- Takes food and beverage orders and serves food and beverages.
- Ensures the quality of food is fresh and properly prepared.
- Helps promote Water Park memberships and events.
- Interacts with attendees to encourage proper use of all facilities.
- Provides excellent customer service at all times.
- Properly uses all machinery and equipment.
- Works cash register and performs opening and closing operations.
- Schedule must be flexible based on staffing needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Must have or be able to obtain appropriate food handling levels 1 & 2 certification upon hiring.
- Previous Point of Sale (POS) experience preferred.
- Must communicate effectively and must be proficient in English.
- Working knowledge of supply ordering.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as, ability to learn recreational software application.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays. The Water Park is open seven days a week.
- Maintains a professional, helpful attitude at all times.
- Must be able to lift or move up to 10 pounds regularly and lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills required.
- CPR/AED/First Aid certified on first day of work. We will provide this training.
- Regular, punctual in-person attendance.
- Ability to interact with and be courteous to fellow employees and participants of diverse backgrounds.
