Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of hospitality facilities.
- Troubleshoot various issues that arise within the property, identifying solutions efficiently and effectively.
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Show up reliably and take ownership of your responsibilities, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with team members when necessary, but primarily operate independently to meet daily operational needs.
