Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical equipment, and building interior components across multiple sites.
- Perform repairs using hand tools, electrical equipment repair techniques, welding skills, and mechanical knowledge to address facility issues promptly.
- Maintain facilities equipment including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical or mechanical failures.
- Support plumbing system maintenance and repairs, ensuring all plumbing fixtures and systems operate efficiently.
- Carry out maintenance painting, carpentry tasks, and general building interior upkeep to uphold high standards of facility appearance.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule preventive maintenance tasks.
- Supervise or assist with team members on-site when necessary, demonstrating leadership in safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields such as manufacturing or residential property management.
- Strong electrical experience with knowledge of electrical work, schematics interpretation, use of ohmmeters, and electrical equipment repair.
- Skilled in plumbing system maintenance and repair along with HVAC system troubleshooting and repair expertise.
- Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with hand tools, welding techniques, carpentry skills, and maintenance painting.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, and schematics reading is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly document work activities and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to support team coordination on roving assignments.
- Ability to adapt quickly across different sites while maintaining high safety standards and quality workmanship.
