Concrete Finisher/Form Setter

We are currently looking for Concrete Finishers to join our great team.

• Sidewalks
• Driveways
• Floors
• Curb and Gutter
• All phases of concrete construction

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• Ability to Form, Reinforce, Pour, Finish, Strip flatwork and curbs
• Extensive knowledge of power tools including Skilsaw and Rotohammer
• Extensive knowledge of concrete including slump, air content, set times
• Ability to measure with Tenths
• Ability to read and interpret plans, and ROW specifications
• Ability to tie rebar and familiarity with rebar codes
• Ability to operate a laser level
• Familiarity with ADA requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to operate a power trowel
• Ability to operate a Soff Cut Saw
• Ability to calculate square footage and calculate yardage
• STRUCTURAL AND DECORATIVE EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY VALUED

General Requirements:

• PPE
• Personal Tools; including hand float, steel trowels, hand edger, setup tools, lineman pliers
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work Monday through Friday
• Ability to work overtime, extended work days, and weekends as necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year verifiable experience
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Ability to tolerate work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a variety of physical positions including, but not limited to, sitting, standing, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, walking.
• Ability to climb ladders or stairs.
• Ability to walk over rough, uneven or slippery surfaces.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
