Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to keep grounds tidy and healthy
- Operate a variety of grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, compact tractors and skid steers with precision and safety
- Identify different plant species and assess their health to ensure proper care and management
- Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and removal to maintain safety and aesthetics
- Follow strict safety protocols during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools for efficient operation and troubleshooting
- Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping techniques
- Construction experience in driving heavy machinery
- Outdoor work experience demonstrating resilience in various weather conditions and terrain types
