We pride ourselves on offering unmatched expertise, exceptional service, and a hands-on shopping experience that big-box and online retailers simply can’t provide.We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate who is personable, confident, professional, and eager to grow with us. This position offers clear advancement opportunities, including Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager roles, as we expand our footprint and team. ResponsibilitiesProvide knowledgeable, friendly, and solution-focused guidance to customers on baby gear, furniture, and accessories (No previous experience required).Demonstrate strollers, car seats, and products to help families make confident decisions.Option to become certified in car seat installation (company-supported training).Support day-to-day retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures.Act as a senior point of contact on the floor — ensuring high customer service standards.Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized showroom environmentExecute sales strategies and participate in promotional events. QualificationsRetail or customer-facing experience a plus but not required.Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple customers at once.Ability to learn product features and confidently demonstrate them.Professional, dependable, and proactive problem-solver.Available weekends and peak retail seasons.Ability to lift and move products (strollers, boxes, displays).
