Role Description This is a full-time, remote Independent Contractor role with Twinkle Travels LLC. The Independent Contractor will consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and budgets, then research and recommend suitable cruise, all-inclusive, honeymoon, and custom vacation options. Daily responsibilities include comparing itineraries and pricing, preparing tailored proposals, handling reservations and changes, and communicating key details and expectations clearly to clients. The role also involves managing client follow-up before, during, and after travel, maintaining accurate records, and responding promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and digital channels. Contractors are expected to proactively stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates to provide current, high-quality recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong client service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a professional, empathetic approach to traveler needs.
- Proficiency with online research tools and booking platforms, with the ability to compare itineraries, prices, and supplier options efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including handling multiple client requests, deadlines, and trip details simultaneously.
- Comfort with remote work, using digital tools (email, video calls, CRM or spreadsheets) to manage tasks and communicate with clients and partners.
