Full-Time Temporary Nanny Position

8–10 Week Assignment | 7 Days Per Week Coverage

Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency is seeking experienced, dependable, and professional nannies for a full-time temporary assignment lasting approximately 8–10 weeks.

Schedule

7 days per week

6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Due to the extensive weekly schedule, this position may be staffed by more than one nanny to provide consistent coverage throughout the week. Applicants do not necessarily need to be available for all seven days but should have strong, consistent availability during the assignment period.

Compensation: $20 hourly

Qualifications

• Ideal Candidate
• We are looking for nannies who are reliable, mature, flexible, and comfortable working as part of a coordinated childcare team. Candidates should be confident stepping into a busy household and maintaining the family's established routines.
• Applicants should have:
• Previous professional nanny or childcare experience
• Experience caring for children in a private-home setting preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to commit consistently throughout the 8–10 week temporary assignment
• Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with other caregivers
• Dependability and punctuality
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to meet Twinkle Toes requirements
• Assignment Length
• This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 8–10 weeks. Because consistency is especially important for a short-term assignment, preference will be given to candidates who can commit to their agreed-upon schedule for the entire placement.

• The nanny will provide attentive, reliable, and nurturing care while helping the family maintain a smooth and predictable daily routine. Responsibilities may include:
• Providing safe, engaged, and developmentally appropriate childcare
• Following the children's established daily routines and schedules
• Preparing and serving meals and snacks for the children
• Assisting with morning, nap, bedtime, and hygiene routines as applicable
• Planning age-appropriate activities, outings, crafts, and outdoor play
• Providing transportation for children when needed
• Maintaining children's play and living areas
• Household tasks
• Cleaning up after meals and activities
• Communicating regularly with parents and other nannies providing coverage
• Helping maintain consistency when transitioning between caregivers
