Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Nannies and Babysitters to provide high-quality childcare in a loving and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in caregiving, particularly with infant and toddler-aged children. This role involves not only supervising children but also engaging them in educational and fun activities, ensuring their well-being, and supporting their daily routines.
Duties
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for children, accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences. (mostly easy breakfast and lunch foods)
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development, including arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor play.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime.
- Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, and potty training as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Administer first aid when necessary
Qualifications
- 2 years of childcare experience outside of families members required
- Experience working with children of various ages, particularly infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
- CPR Certified or willing to becoming certified
- Ability to create a positive environment while ensuring safety.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the family and the children’s schedules.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 50 per week
