We're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and highly organized Director of First Impressions to become the welcoming face of our studio. This is much more than a front desk position—it's an opportunity to create meaningful connections with children and families while providing an exceptional customer experience.
As the first person our families meet, you'll greet students with a smile, answer questions, assist with daily studio operations, and help prospective families find the perfect class for their child. You'll play an important role in supporting enrollment by following up with trial families and helping them become part of our dance community.
The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with children, communicating with parents, staying organized, and taking initiative to get things done. This position is based at our Frisco location and includes Friday afternoons/evenings and Sunday mornings, with additional opportunities available for special events throughout the year.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
