This role involves capturing two live performances of a community theater production at the Miles Memorial Playhouse in Santa Monica. The videographer will be responsible for recording both the 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. shows using a two-camera setup: one wide-angle camera to cover the full stage and a second camera positioned for close-up shots during key scenes. High-quality audio capture, ideally via a board feed, is required to ensure clear sound throughout the performances. The project also includes delivering a simple edited archival video that combines footage from both cameras, as well as a few short clips suitable for social media sharing. The final deliverables are expected within two weeks following the event. This is an on-site opportunity with the potential for future collaboration on similar projects.
