Working within established content strategies and brand guidelines, you will have the opportunity to inject fresh ideas and drive engagement across Instagram and TikTok. The position requires a blend of content creation, video production, and community management, with occasional on-site work in San Jose to capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments. You will also oversee micro-creators, manage the content calendar, and implement innovative community engagement initiatives to support the brand’s growth trajectory.

Deliverables
- Develop and execute engaging short-form video content (Reels, series, educational clips) for Instagram and TikTok
- Shoot and edit videos featuring the kitchen, founder, customer stories, and ingredient highlights
- Manage and coordinate with micro-creators to expand content reach
- Oversee the content calendar and posting schedule to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Implement and monitor community engagement strategies to foster audience growth and loyalty
- Collaborate with the team to refine content strategy and introduce new creative concepts
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management or content creation, preferably in the food, kitchen, or educational sectors
- Proficiency in shooting and editing authentic, high-quality short-form video content
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms, trends, and analytics
- Experience managing content calendars and coordinating with multiple creators
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Based in the Bay Area with the ability to work on-site in San Jose as needed
