About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, conversational person to help us start new business conversations and reconnect with past customers. This is not a closing role, not a commission position, and not a high-pressure sales job.
This role supports our sales team by creating warm, qualified introductions and helping us learn what messaging and outreach works best.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to potential customers via email and social platforms using clear, approved messaging
- Reconnect with dormant customers through light, relationship-based outreach
- Follow up on outreach when there’s interest or engagement
- Occasionally make outbound phone calls as a follow-up (warm or re-engagement calls, not high-volume cold calling)
- Book short introductory conversations for our sales team
- Track outreach activity and outcomes in a simple system (we use tools like Apollo and Trello)
- Share feedback and insights from conversations to help refine our approach
What You Will Not Do
- Close deals or quote pricing
- Manage projects, production, or fulfillment
- Handle customer complaints or negotiations
- Work on commission or revenue targets
