We are looking for a PressBrake Operator FULL TIME 40 hours; 7:00AM-3:30PM Shift M-F. The payrange we are offering is $23-26 per hour based on your experience andknowledge.

Professional Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of 2 years of Press Brake machining operating experience

· Strong observational, analytical, numerical reasoning skills

· Ability to balance delivery of results and problem solving

· Ability to manage many responsibilities and deliver a comprehensive solution

· Good verbal communication skills

· Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment

· Good communication skills(verbal)

· Ability to pass a pre-employment background, criminal, and drug screening

Roles and Responsibilities

·Must be able to select bending method and tooling based on the materials and part you are forming

· Must be able to determine the correct v-die opening to achieve the correct inside radius and avoid part distortion

·Evaluating the efficiency of the equipment regularly

·Good math skills required to calculate your own bend deductions

·Candidate must possess mechanical and technical skills as well as exhibit attention to details

·Familiar with inspection and quality practices as it relates to sheet metal fabrication

·Performing routine inspections and maintenance of equipment

·Readengineering drawings for specifications, including tolerances anddimensions and verify measurements with gauges and other measuringinstruments

·Observes operation and inspects first articleinspection and sample work piece to ensure machining conforms tospecifications, using measuring instruments

·Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies to accomplish job results

·Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within tolerances mark on the drawings

·Adhereto and ensure compliance with Quality System SOPs, work instructions,drawings, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good DocumentationPractices (GDP), FAI procedures and ISO procedures

·Always employs safe working practices per Twinco requirements
