Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Nurse Aides
- Administer medications and treatments and provide direct patient care
- Ensure compliance with departmental, facility, and corporate policies and procedures
- Support quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety, environmental, and infection control standards
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
