Twin Village Recycling is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment and Truck Mechanic to join our team in Depew, NY. We need a dependable, skilled mechanic with at least 3 years of experience maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, diesel trucks, and commercial vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment, diesel trucks, and commercial vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
- Repair and maintain diesel engines, hydraulic systems, brakes, and other mechanical components.
- Identify mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently.
- Help keep trucks, equipment, and machinery operating safely and reliably.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of heavy equipment and/or truck mechanic experience.
- Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, and mechanical repairs.
- Knowledge of truck and heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, motivated, and safety-conscious.
